How long does it take to get Custom Team Gear ?
Generally it takes 4-5 weeks from the time your order was entered to get your gear in.

Can I get an update or tracking number?
Unless it has been well over the 5 week manufacturing period we do ask you to please be patient. If we had a tracking number for it we would give it to you, but we don't. If it has been well over the 5 week period you can call us at 806-349-3848 but understand we are waiting just like you are,

You sold out of tournament gear, can I order it online?
We apologize for this inconvenience, we will setup an online store just for this a few days after the tournament on our web site.
Question 4
My Backpack I just bought is defective, what do I do?
Unfortunately this does happen, all you have to do is take a picture of your gear and email it to info@nearfallclothing.com and we will either replace the item or refund you fully.
Question 5
Trying to order on web site, but it just keeps saying select product info?
When a product runs out of stock sometimes it gives this response. Email info@nearfallclothing.com and our support team check on availability of your product.
Question 6
Can I stop by and shop at your local store?
We never like turning away a customer, but we do ask you to call and see if we have the store open to the public first.
