Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
If you are needing to return an item, you must follow the guidelines in order to do so.
You can create your return label here.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- You will only be given 30 days from the date the item is in your possession to start a refund or exchange process.
- Only eligible items can be returned. Please read eligible and non eligible items below.
- Please send all returns to the Nearfall Clothing facility.

Eligible and Non Eligible Items
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. (other than trying on the garment)
- Items can not have any visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains/perfumes/animal hair etc. We can not except them as a return if these types of use is present. The item will have to be sent back to the customer at there expense.
- Items listed as "sale" or "on sale", are not returnable items and refunds can not be processed. These items are considered a "final sale" item.
- Items listed as "sale" or "on sale", can be exchanged for another item under the same "sale" or "on sale" category. Please note that if we do an exchange, the desired item may not be available, but we are happy to exchange the item for another item that is still in stock.
- If an item is ordered with custom designs, personal names, school names, mascots, etc. we can not exchange or give refunds. Unless it is a manufactured defect, a typo, wrong color scheme, or a different size/garment other than what was originally purchased. If one of these occur. We will be happy to replace the product or refund the payment. Please read the shipping process and time frames regarding custom apparel exchanges.
- We can not except returns made with gift cards.
Cost
- Nearfall covers shipping cost for returns and exchanges in the United States. Items will need to be shipped back to our facility via a return shipping label that we will provide you to your email address on file. Please make sure the email we have is a current and updated.
- After the first exchange on an order is completed, if more exchanges are required within the same order, the shipping cost will be billed to the customer.
- If a refund was processed, the cost of the item will be refunded not the shipping cost. Unless the refund was due to a manufacture defect or the customer received something other than what was originally ordered. In this case, Nearfall will cover shipping cost.
- If an order is shipped back to our facility and marked "Not Deliverable" or "Return To Sender", a re-shipping fee will be required.
What to expect when doing a return or exchange.

If you contact us within the 30 day window period, we will send you a return shipping label to your email, that same day.

Once you have received the shipping label, repackaged the item, and shipped the item to our facility, our team will inspect the item and approve or disapprove the item. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the approval process to be completed.

If the item is approved, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nearfallclothing.com.

If the items are not approved, according to the eligibility rules stated above, you will be sent a notification of rejection and a shipping invoice so that the items can be mailed back to you. We are not responsible for any shipping cost or costs of products associated with rejected returns or exchanges.
Orders/Returns/Exchanges during tournament season
- Nearfall provides pop-up retail stores at most the major wrestling events every year. This evolves the whole Nearfall staff to be present at different places and times. During these times, the Nearfall staff may not be available to fulfill, inspect, receive, or ship out orders including refunds and exchanges. This delay normally does not exceed past 3 days at a time. Because of this, shipping days may be longer than the 1-5 business originally given. If this does occur, we will try our best to inform you of this delay. Or you can follow us on our social media sites or website to be informed as to when these dates may occur.
